Local delivery usually takes 3–4 business days depending on location and courier availability.

For COD orders, unavailable items may be partially dispatched. For prepaid orders, our team will contact you for alternatives or adjustments.

International shipping charges are calculated based on destination and total shipment weight. Any difference in shipping cost may be charged before dispatch.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges are not included and must be paid by the customer as per destination country rules.

Please do not accept any parcel that appears torn, opened, damaged, or tampered with.

If a damaged parcel is received, refuse it at delivery and immediately contact Customer Care for assistance.
