Policy For Local Orders

No Refund, Only Exchange

For local orders, KOKO offers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds on local purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged
  • All tags and packaging intact
  • Request within 15 days of delivery
  • Only one exchange per order
Original Condition Requirements

Unworn

No stains, marks, odors, or wear.

Unwashed

No washing, ironing, or treatment.

Tags & Packaging

Must be intact and original.

Free From Damage

No tears, stains, or defects.

Accessories Included

All extras must be returned.
